Joel Norman, DPT, OCS, CSCS
Physical Therapist & Personal Trainer
I have been a physical therapist since 2007 and a personal trainer since 2005. Fitness is at the core of who I am as a person. My passion is not only to help people move, but to help them move better. As a therapist, I help people recover. As a trainer, I help them perform. I saw a gap in the middle, one between a person's physical limitations and their optimal physical state. To bridge that gap, I started Edge Fitness.
Edge Fitness is a hybrid (virtual & in-person) personal training brand that believes fitness is at the root of good physical and mental health. We believe that exercise should serve a purpose, it should be enjoyable and it should be appropriately challenging. We prescribe and promote exercises that are to be done with excellent form, promoting function and overall wellness, to forge lifelong, healthy habits.
